Male Staff

Before this workshop, how did you view men's role in society and family? What do you think now? Is a spiritual leader necessary for a family? If so, should this role fall upon the father?

Reflect on leadership and how you've seen leadership effect you in your life. Write a short reflection.

Female Staff

How has your culture formed you in what it means to be a woman? What does receptivity mean to you? As a woman with the innate ability to bear children, how does this relate you to God?

Reflect on the importance of receptive femininity and a woman's relationship with God. Write a brief reflection on if/how this workshop has deepened your understanding of femininity.
